Same Day Teeth procedure that need a Bridge replacement.

This patient wanted a nicer smile. Over the years, his teeth had worn down to the point where his facial form had changed. When he smiled, his teeth were also barely showing and small.  There also was a cant in his smile, so his smile was uneven. We designed his new smile to restore the form, function, and esthetics. What a nice, bright smile he has now!

Lee had gum loss and recession effecting the stability of multiple teeth. We worked with the periodontist ( gum specialist) to cover and protect his roots. We were able to establish good form, function and esthetics

Having a beautiful smile already, we did Invisalign to mover her teeth in a better esthetic and function position. We also did some bonding to enhance her smile.

Loss of upper back teeth required replacing.  Before replacement bone had to be added to adequately support his implants.  Now he has strong back teeth to chew with!

Long-term patient who need replacement of a baby tooth that never had a replacement.  When the baby tooth was lost, she had an implant-supported crown replace.  Being in an area that is very visible, the replacement had to be perfect.  We also did some cosmetic bonding to give her a confident smile!

Patient with broken and missing teeth.  We did an upper denture and lower “tre-foil “ implant supported denture.  This patient was one of the first patients to have the Tre-foil technique done in Anne Arundel County.  Tre-foil is a technique that teeth are made to attach  on to  3 implants…Teeth are removed and placed the same day.  You can see how much changes in the facial esthetic occur when teeth are missing.  Not only can he eat better, but he looks 10 years younger
